Before you log in

You need two things: the email address you registered with and your password. Usernames are not used. If you have not created an account yet, start with our registration guide — sign-up takes about three minutes, and UK law requires age and identity checks before you can play.

Always open the site from a bookmark you created yourself or by typing the address carefully. Searching for the brand and clicking the first result is how many players end up on copycat pages.

Logging in on desktop

  1. Open the official Spinbob website in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
  2. Click Log In in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Enter your registered email address and password.
  4. If two-factor authentication is on, type the code from your SMS or authenticator app.
  5. Click Log In — you will land on the lobby with your balance shown in the header.

Tick “Remember me” only on a private computer. On a shared or work machine, leave it unticked and log out when you finish.

Logging in on mobile

The same email and password work on every device.

The casino runs in your mobile browser rather than through a store-downloaded app, and the layout adapts to iPhone and Android screens.

  1. Open Safari, Chrome or your preferred mobile browser and go to the official site.
  2. Tap the Log In button at the top of the screen.
  3. Enter your email and password — your phone’s password manager can autofill them.
  4. Approve the 2FA prompt or enter the code if requested.
  5. Optional: use Add to Home Screen so the site opens like an app next time.

Face ID or fingerprint sign-in, where offered, simply unlocks your saved credentials on that device. It does not replace your password, so keep that somewhere safe.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

2FA is optional but strongly recommended. With it switched on, someone who learns your password still cannot get in without a second code. You can choose between:

  • SMS code — a six-digit code sent to the mobile number on your account.
  • Authenticator app — Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or similar generate a fresh code every 30 seconds, and work without phone signal.

Switch it on from your account’s security settings. If you change phone, update 2FA before you wipe the old handset, or you will need live chat to reset it after an identity check.

Forgotten your password?

  1. Click Log In, then Forgot password.
  2. Enter the email address on your account.
  3. Open the reset email — check spam or promotions folders if it is not in your inbox.
  4. Click the link within 60 minutes and choose a new, unique password.
  5. Log in with the new password straight away.

Choose something you do not use elsewhere — at least 12 characters, ideally a passphrase. If the email never arrives, confirm you are using the address you registered with, then contact live chat.

Account locked after failed attempts

For security, the account locks for 30 minutes after 5 failed login attempts. You cannot unlock it early by trying again, so either wait out the timer or use the password reset. If you did not make those attempts yourself, change your password, enable 2FA and tell support — someone may be guessing at your account.

A lock that lasts longer than 30 minutes is usually not a password issue. Verification holds, GAMSTOP matches, self-exclusion or a duplicate-account review can all stop you logging in. Our account blocked guide explains each reason.

Staying safe: phishing and fake sites

Scammers copy casino login pages to harvest passwords. Protect yourself with a few habits:

  • Check the address bar before entering details. The domain should be spelled exactly right, with a padlock and HTTPS.
  • Ignore links in unexpected emails or texts claiming your account is suspended or a bonus is waiting. Log in directly instead.
  • The casino will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone.
  • Check the licence. UK-facing casinos must hold a UK Gambling Commission licence — check the licence details shown in Spinbob’s site footer against the Commission’s public register before you deposit.
  • Never use a VPN. Accounts are for UK residents only, and VPN use breaks the terms and can lock your account.

⚠️ Our guide is not the login page

choicestudy.co.uk is an independent guide. We never ask for your casino password, and you cannot log in to your casino account on this site.

Session tools: reality checks and time limits

Once you are in, a few settings help keep play in check. Reality checks pop up at intervals you choose, showing how long you have been playing and your net position. Session time limits log you out automatically after a set period. You can also set deposit limits, take a time-out, or self-exclude through GAMSTOP. Find all of these under the responsible gambling section of your account, and read more on our responsible gambling page.
