Spinbob Withdrawal Problems and How to Fix Them

Most stuck or rejected withdrawals come down to a short list of causes: the pending period, verification, unfinished bonus wagering or the payment method. Here is how to spot which one is affecting you and what to do.

First, check where your withdrawal is stuck

A withdrawal passes through three stages, and the fix depends on which one it is in:

  1. Pending / processing — the casino reviews the request. This takes up to 24 hours.
  2. Approved / sent — the money has left the casino and is with your payment provider.
  3. Received — the funds appear in your bank or e-wallet.

Open your transaction history (Account → Transactions) to see the status. If it is still pending after 24 hours, the issue is on the casino’s side. If it shows as approved, the delay is with your bank or e-wallet.

Pending too long

The pending stage gives the operator time to run anti-fraud and verification checks. Requests made late in the evening or at weekends can take longer because some reviews are manual. If your withdrawal is still pending after a full 24 hours, open live chat and ask whether anything is outstanding. Often the answer is a document request you missed in your email.

Rejected withdrawals

A rejection is not the end of the road; it simply means something needs fixing before the request can go through. The casino will usually return the funds to your balance. Ask support for the specific reason, fix it, then submit a new request.

KYC holds

UK-licensed operators must verify you before paying out, and checks can also be triggered when you withdraw a larger sum or change payment methods. Usual review time is 24 to 72 hours after you upload. The quickest route is to verify fully straight after registering, before you ever request a withdrawal.

Bonus wagering not complete

While a bonus is active, withdrawing usually cancels it or is blocked until wagering is finished. With the welcome offer, you need to wager the bonus amount 10 times within 30 days. Slots count 100%, live casino and table games 10%, and some jackpot games 0%, so playing table games while wagering slows things down a lot. You can forfeit an active bonus at any time and keep your remaining real cash. Our wagering rules guide explains this in detail.

💡 Check before you withdraw

Look at the bonus section of your account before requesting a payout. If wagering is unfinished, decide whether to complete it or forfeit the bonus first, so the request is not rejected.

Method mismatch and the closed-loop rule

To prevent money laundering, the casino pays winnings back to the method you deposited with wherever possible. If you deposited by debit card and ask for payment to an e-wallet, the request may be rejected or split. Apple Pay and Google Pay withdrawals go to the linked debit card. If you used several methods, the casino may return deposits to each in proportion before paying the rest to your preferred method.

Limits

The minimum withdrawal is £10. The maximum is £5,000 per day and £30,000 per month, with higher limits for Coral Club members. A larger win will be paid out in instalments within those limits.

Bank delays, weekends and bank holidays

Once approved, card and bank transfers are counted in working days. A withdrawal approved on a Friday afternoon may not reach a debit card until Tuesday or Wednesday, and a bank holiday Monday adds another day. E-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and Revolut generally move faster, including at weekends.

Name mismatch

Payments can only go to accounts in your own registered name. A partner’s card, a joint account you’re not named on, or an e-wallet registered under a different spelling can all cause a rejection. Make sure your casino profile matches the name on your ID and payment method exactly.

Realistic timelines

When to escalate

If a withdrawal has been pending well beyond the expected time and support cannot explain why, ask for a written explanation and raise a formal complaint. The operator has 8 weeks to give a final response, after which you can take the dispute to IBAS for free. Our troubleshooting hub and support guide cover how to contact the team. Spinbob support is available 24/7 through live chat inside your account.

Frequently asked questions

How long should a withdrawal stay pending?+

The internal pending and processing stage takes up to 24 hours. After that, timing depends on your method, from 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets to 1 to 5 working days for bank transfer.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?+

The usual reasons are an active bonus with wagering left, outstanding verification, a request to a method you did not deposit with, or a name mismatch on the receiving account. Support can confirm which applies.

Can I cancel a pending withdrawal and play with the money?+

No. The casino does not offer reverse withdrawals, in line with UK Gambling Commission guidance. Once requested, the money is on its way to you.

Is there a limit on how much I can withdraw?+

Yes. The minimum is £10, the daily maximum is £5,000 and the monthly maximum is £30,000, with higher limits for Coral Club members.
